Transhelvetica #74 - Everything will be fine

For a few months now, a poster by Kaspar Allenbach has been hanging in the Transhelvet editorial office, which says "Everything will be fine" in large letters - in numerous languages ​​and decorated with a beautiful rainbow. It always gives us confidence in these difficult times and inspired us to end the year with this motto.

In order to live up to the motto, we practiced constructive journalism and looked for initiatives that would make everything better. Because it's not enough to believe in it, you also have to become part of the solution. Looking at the voting results on animal welfare, biodiversity or climate protection, not everyone seems to see it that way - but we do. That's why we looked for the happiest cow in Switzerland who shares her milk with calves and people. We then traveled to an upscale restaurant in Geneva, where business guests are treated to fine cuisine at lunchtime and marginalized people in the evening. So that this table can be served with beautiful ingredients for a long time to come, the Pro Specie Rara Foundation preserves tried-and-tested varieties and breeds with special abilities for future generations.
